I am genuinely so baffled... I just called to find out if they hire out vinyl decks and just to get a general feel for pricing (as I am new to hiring equipment). The guy on the phone completely lost his cool and said my question was "inappropriate" - for some reason he was offended that I asked but I am genuinely confused why?
