Always a really great experience dealing with anyone from ProAV. From sales to after care. I've just had to send an item in under warranty where the manufacturer was contending it but Nichola from ProAv pushed back on their decision and they quickly agreed to fix it. Incredible work from the whole team thank you

Excellent customer service second to none. Thy will help you with any problem and have a wonderful returns policy. I bought a camera from Proactive and decided to change it a week later and they helped me quickly and efficiently. I will always buy any broadcast gear from proactive as they are lovely and most of all trustworthy
