Don't expect any favours or decent customer service Or reasonable kindness Was able to but refused to do a motorbike tyre because it's not worth his time so lost any future business.

Just pulled in at 3pm hadn’t spoken to them prior or arranged an appointment they had a tyre for me in stock at a great price. They fitted it and got me back on the road 10 minutes after pulling in. Very happy customer
