Very helpful and knowledgeable; was happy to show us different options and advise on the relative pros & cons of each while answering the questions we had. Was happy to recommend cheaper options where they fitted our needs better rather than simply try to up the sales value.

Jake at Merlin was very welcoming and managed to fit me in on a busy day he was happy to awnser my questions recommend me a sight and I felt my concerns and issues were listened to he was even happy enough to check through various upgrades to see what worked for me
