Went into the store today and shocking customer service asked a member of staff ( tracy) how much are teddy was and she rolled her as at me and replied with is it not on shelfno thats way iam asking .
Tracy and Jamie went out of their way to make my party balloon order go as smoothly as possible. I'd had a few hiccups at another store ( not the staffs fault ) it was a glitch in technology. I felt they were extremely kind and helpful and I will definitelybe ordering from them next time!lJanine xx
