Engineer arrived promptly was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with the cooker hood. He was able to release the motor rather than replacing. Overall a good job done.
Washing machine seal had gone and we had a flood. After arranging a date and time engineer came out and fitted a new seal. Machine tested and working beautifully now. Cheaper than buying a new machine! Engineer was helpful and very good at his job. Thank you. Would highly recommend Forresters.
