The cafe might have the best views in Durham but if the windows were cleaned then the view would be much clearer.The cutlery and crockery could do with a good clean too.Staff surly and unsmiling.Not a good introduction to Durham which is a shame because this could be a lovely restaurant with the right management to run it.

Visited Café today. Fish chips and peas x2(me and wife) Chips were OK Peas were cold like they were frozen and just left to thaw. The fish...well they must get it straight from river outside!!! Absolutely disgusting undercooked slimy jelly like texture and tasted so bad.
