Really bad experience today trying to return the Dyson ball kids hoover. Showed the man behind the counter. He agreed with me. Then he called his manager over & she said there is nothing wrong with it. Made out I was a complete liar & wouldn’t take the refund. Overall really negative experience & won’t be returning
