I had the misfortune of buying a mystery case of mixed wines this week.I received 12 bottles of Cotes De Gascogne. The white could only be described as vinegar. The rose slightly better and the red quite good.They did offer to replace the wines with a proper case of mystery case

Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone explaining I’d left it late to get an order in and sent down to the south west before leaving on holiday. She took my details and said she would try her best. Low and behold it was delivered 200 miles by the next morning and now I have my favourite Papale Primitivo packed and ready to go. Thanks!
