A very good company. Highly recommended.I had a problem with an item sent to me.Customer service was straight away on it and solved it.Very happy. Bradshaw Direct is now in my "trusted companies" folder.
Called in Sunday 7th September. Very helpful gentleman. Said I wanted a small pond for frogs and birds.Purchased a small pond and solar water fountain for aeration and feature. Just got to hide cables. Absolutely thrilled with purchase. Looks fabulous 👌 …
Poor quality products and terrible customer service. The underlay received was not as expected but the blame for this was placed fully on me. A "full" refund was offered but this doesn't cover the not-insignificant cost of posting two large packages! Avoid.
