Fitness By Instruction

I’ve been attending Steve’s classes for around 7 months and it’s the only gym I’ve ever consistently stuck with! Steve is an excellent trainer and no two workouts are ever the same. I’ve not only had changes physically but also mentally which is all down to this gym. I genuinely look forward to my workouts every night!
