I highly recommend Fusion especially the Zumba Gold class for the senior citizens but there are so many other classessomething for everyone. Come and join the Fusion family the Instructors are fabulous and friendly.

Excellent venue for exercise classes. Many you can just turn up without having to book on to class list. The instructors are always friendly and welcoming. Great place I'd definitely recommend it. They also hire out for kids parties (I think) and have a recording studio.
