A very good gym has two floors. The downstairs being weight lifting and muscle building machines. And the upstairs being cardio. Lots of diffrent gym equipment to choose from. Overall a sanitary safe and quiet gym. Fully reccommend

As for someone that’s had almost 20 years experience in boxing and MMA I find it very disappointing that you can’t use the bags at any time and have to be a part of the boxing academy or wait for a class to use them.Apart from that the gyms good.
