Been a member for years can get very busy at peek times but equipment is clean good quality. Lots of cardio machines assisted weight machines and two squat racks. One on a machine to help support you. Selection of free weights upstairs

I use spennymoor gym. Alwad friendly staff and loads of machines and pretty new style of gym with two levels classes and swimming pool

Good facilities but can get quite full. Canny pool with a slide for kids. Gym is a good size.
