I’m nearly 50 and started Pole Fitness just a few months ago. The classes are totally inclusive and the instructors have been really encouraging. I can see my strength and confidence building and love the challenge for both body and mind as I take part in weekly classes.
Everyone is super supportive and the instructors are great at adapting lessons to your needs if you're a weaker or stronger member of the group. Love going here
