Absolutely buzzing after doing a 6 week Kickstarter with Flexibility Fitness. Dan and the other PT’s are fantastic really supportive and encouraging. Never felt intimidated in any way no mirrors just really good atmosphere and a friendly bunch of other gym goers all helping me along the way.
