The Range, Durham

Went to pay for this item (£1.99) and they wanted £3.99 which I wasn't prepared to pay. This isn't the first time they have tried to catch me out. Shoddy unprofessional and thoroughly unenjoyable retail experience.

I've bought lots of items over the years and found everything very satisfactory.Lovely helpful staff too.Was in today and had a lovely coffee and toast.What a lovely girl who served me very friendly had time for a little chat too. Excellent customer care skills.

Christmas has taken over at the Range Durham; either you like it or you loathe it! There is a lot to choose from at the moment. We didn't find what we were looking for but that is a needle in a haystack anyway so the Range is not to blame.
