I was told I could get a day pass to train here without an induction (with my wife who is a member). However I was told the opposite when met with the unbelievably rude receptionist who just couldn't be bothered. I was turned away with a stern look and no courtesy. Maybe some customer service training is needed?

Fab gym for the local community. Would be better if it were bigger as it can get busy. 24 hours though makes this perfect.Fab swimming bathsmy grandaughter loved playing with all the balls and floats etc. Large changing area great showers and very clean.
