Dropped in this morning after a few years. Didn’t require membership and was able to pay £7 for a one off individual session in the gym. Not bad if you just want to go in and get the work done. Staff were really friendly! Lots of treadmills … More

We used this as a shower stop. So worth it for that alone. A tad expensive and the facilities could do with some tender loving care. Let’s hope someone will invest some money as it has the potential to be a great community facility.
