About The Rose Stainland in Halifax
The Rose is an early 19th century Georgian building that has been owned and run by the Ryan family for the last 35 years. Originally built as a house and home, it went on to become a village local pub. Following closure in 2018 and after a total refurbishment, mother and son team, Stephanie and Luke, reopened in 2021 as a licensed dining establishment with guest bed and breakfast accommodation. During the restrictions of lockdown the business operated on a takeaway basis and due to popular demand this trend also still continues.
