Jaffa Port we travel up Dezengoff Street the main artery through Tel Aviv. Salt saturating the air we search for food, passing pita vendors, bustling cafes and food markets. Chickpeas are transformed into rich textured tahini hummus, and food is cooked on fire with salt, fat & acid. Vegetables are textured with maple, honey and charcoal fire.Welcome to our menu we love everything Middle Eastern with a good influence from the Mediterranean.
